Wheel Trenchers
 DONDIDRENAG

"Dondi" wheel trenchers are effective on any type of rock-free soil to open drainage ditches and irrigation pipes, electrical and telephone cable and pipes for water mains with a maximum depth of 8"(200 mm) and maximum depths of 40" (100 cm).
Wheel trenchers are used on the three-point hitch of any type of tractor with speeds of 1/4 to 1 MPH  (0.4 to 1.6 kmh) and is driven by a power takeoff at 540 and 1000 rpm.
The work depth is adjusted via hydraulic hoist of the tractor and a hydraulic jack on the Trencher performs the startup operation until the desired depth is achieved.
The different cutting widths are obtained simply by inverting the positions of the blades on the 4", 6", and 8" inch (10, 15  and 20 cm) rotor disk and with a kit of pads to bring the width to 20 cm on models 75/100 and 100/120.
The excavated soil can be removed laterally or can be left near the ditch to fill it after the pipes have been laid.

On request, the trencher 75/100 and 100/120 can be outfitted with a complete kit for de-reeling pipes and/or cables while the ditching is under way.
Trencher is delivered complete with a Cardan shaft, safety clutch and a three-point hydraulic hitch in the 75/100 and 100/120 models.
When working with hard and rocky soils, the machine can also equipped with tools with tungsten bits.

  • DONDIDRENAG is vertical wheel cutting device suitable for cutting vertical trenches from 20", 30" and 40" depths (50,75 and 100 cm), and widths from 4", 6" and 8" wide (10, 15 and 20 cm).

  • The DRENAG is most effective in rock-free soil to open drainage and irrigation trenches for laying tiles, water pipes, electrical and telephone cables, and underground electric fences for farms and large compounds.

  • For industrial applications and for working in stony and abrasive soil rotors can equipped with carbide tools.

Heavy duty DRENAG equipped with carbide cutters can also be fitted with pipe laying apparatus enabling the user to trench and lay flexible water pipes, cables, etc.

Special tungsten-tipped tools allow the machine to work on hard and rocky terrain.
